My family and I have been going to Nadia Navid DDS for years. The friendly staff, cleanliness, and latest technology never fail to amaze me. Dr. Navid is extremely professional, caring, and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a Dentist I highly recommend checking this practice out!

There was a 170 X-ray charge that we didn’t request. We asked for an exam based on the scan that our orthodontist provided. This scan wasn’t good enough apparently but I was not consulted on the upcharge and a simple phone call could have prevented the X-rays from being done. This was his third X-ray in less than a week, It was made clear- I made the appointment, I was paying, I confirmed The cost the day of, left my phone number and verified the cost before the appointment. Yes , there was a misunderstanding , but not by me. No refund. No accountability on the Drs part. Needless to say we won’t be returning. .
